Our Commitment to Data Protection

As a recruitment services provider, we handle personal data as part of our core business activities. We take our data protection responsibilities seriously and have implemented comprehensive measures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Data Protection Officer

While not legally required to appoint a Data Protection Officer given our size and processing activities, we have designated a data protection lead responsible for overseeing compliance with data protection legislation.

International Transfers

We primarily process data within the UK. Where we transfer data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to individuals' rights and freedoms, we will notify the Information Commissioner's Office within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. Where the breach is likely to result in a high risk, we will also notify affected individuals without undue delay.

We will respond to your request within one month. If your request is complex or you have made multiple requests, we may extend this period by a further two months, but we will inform you of this within one month of receiving your request.
